眾所周知，隨著制造業的發展，鋁合金壓鑄件的應用領域越來越多，對表面處理的要求也越來越高。那鋁壓鑄噴油表面處理有哪些細節呢？


鋁壓鑄噴油表面處理細節：


1.對鋁合金壓鑄件表面進行一定的拋光處理，主要是去除壓鑄件表面的水紋和麻點，拋光后再進行噴油處理，效果更佳；


2.結構性壓鑄件需要清潔壓鑄產生的毛刺。否則，噴油處理后再處理，容易損傷表面，影響整體效果


3.經拋光、去毛邊的壓鑄件在噴油前，還需進行超聲清洗，除去表面的拋光蠟和一些雜質，使噴油出的壓鑄件質地更佳；


4.對于需要與其它對手部件組裝的壓鑄件，在噴油前還需進行夾具遮擋處理，由于噴油涂層稍厚，避免與對手部件組裝不良，因此這一環節也不容忽視。
